A Liberty University graduate, Tesula is a dedicated volunteer, mentor, and community advocate. She is running for City Council to champion vibrant neighborhoods, safer streets, and transparent government while addressing core issues like traffic congestion, revitalizing parks, and ensuring residents are heard.
